Overview: This listing is for the ticket described in the title and seen in the photo.  I collect a wide variety of tickets and choose to grade the ones that have meaning/value to me and hopefully others.  Most of my tickets will have a specific grade from PSA.  The tickets that are graded "authentic" likely have defect that would have significantly impacted the grade.  Chances are good that you will see that defect in the scans.  

Regarding offers: I'm always open to offers on items when you find a similar active listing posted for less.  Honestly, I don't get offended by someone that takes the time to submit an offer. Everyone has a different take on how to value this emerging collectibles category.  Include a little research with your offer and I will definitely consider it.
