This is a FRANCE region distributed pin - this is one of many that were exclusive to Nintendo of France, these were either mail in rewards for Club Nintendo France or rep/employee distributed pins at gaming convention/expos.
This specific one was a mail in reward for Club Nintendo of France members! Has a lovely C.N. logo with the "club" wording being smaller and sitting ontop the Nintendo logo!
Pin is metal, with the surface having a smooth epoxy like coated surface.
