NECA SOTO foot soldier. He is from a two pack release. I had to buy another two pack to balance out my collection since the Keno figure came with a single “big” foot soldier. He is brand new, just removed from the packaging. I didn’t even move his joints except to get him to stand for pictures. He comes with the weapons seen in the pictures.
