She has a slightly illegible number which i believe to be 22845 incised on the back base. She measures 3.5 ins or 9 cm high This doll can be seen a as fig 577-451 on p. 414 in Marion's Half Doll Encyclopaedia and a larger version of the same model is to be found as Fig 5.336 of Vol 5 of the Lorrins' Half Doll books.
This is a very nicely modelled doll and her face is beautifully hand painted with shadowed dark eyes, red lips and nose dots and 3 black tendrils of hair escaping her black skullcap. The image of the pierrette was a very popular one in the 1920s,
She is in very good condition with no damage that I can see although please note a fine mark to the glaze on her right forearm which just shows in photo 8 - this is not a crack in the porcelain, just surface crackelature to the glaze.
