Vintage Realistic Patrolman FM / VHF Radio in 12v Enclosure for Car ?? UNTESTED

This eBay listing is for a used/vintage Realistic Patrolman FM / VHF Radio that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. I think is setup for a car. I can't seem to pull the radio part out of the enclosure and there is only a single blue wire coming out the back. A sticker on the back side says its set for 12v. The overall size of the radio is 10.5" across, 9" deep and 3" tall (not counting the handle). This is being sold AS-IS WITH NO RETURNS SINCE I HAVE NO MEANS OF TESTING THIS OUT. PLEASE NOTE: This was stored in a damp basement inside an old Army foot locker so it does have a smell of dampness.
