1955 Nomad 265 V8 180hp 4 barrel dual exhaust with powerglide, Non-A/C. Exterior color was originally Navajo Brown two-tone with India Ivory roof, denoted by Paint No. 684 on the trim tag. A small section of the original paint can be seen on the wiper cowl section under the hood. The interior was originally Beige and Brown in leather, denoted by Trim No. 543 on the trim tag. Vehicle Details

Solid California car. Body work was done some years ago. Completely disassembled for body work. Driver's front fender was replaced. There are four small rust holes in the floor. Two are in the front floors in symmetrical spots by the door sills, the third is on the driver's side of the rear closer to the door, and the fourth is in the truck floor in between the spare tire mount and passenger wheel house. I attached photos of close ups. The floors were lightly blasted to clean off any any loose paint or scale to show the structure of the original floors.

Stainless moldings 90% complete, chrome molding are complete. Bumpers and moldings have been rechromed except for one piece that is a reproduction, all others are original. The glass I have are the rear sides. I have the lift gate and tailgate.

The car was built in August 1955, the motor that I received with the car I was told is the original. It matches, the assembly is F55FB with the casting date on the block being August 5th. I can also provide a core 350 if that is desired.

Correction: I was mistaken about having a tow hitch, I confused it with my other Nomad which is the one with a tow hitch.
