All cards will be sent in a Penny Sleeve and a Top Loader (Excludes Team Sets and Bulk Sets where appropriate care will be given) with additional protection where required.

Any card over $250 will be sent in a One Touch Magnetic Case Regardless.

Buyers can purchase a One Touch Magnetic Case at $5 for cards valued under $250 by messaging us prior to payment so it can be included on an invoice for you.

SHIPPING & COMBINED POSTAGE.

We offer many postage options for you to choose from including  Tracked, Untracked, Express and International postage. 

If you choose to select the Australia Post Untracked Letter option at checkout we are not responsible for lost items so for your protection we recommend selecting a tracked option.   

Combined postage is available for up to 20 cards with an additional $2.00 for every 10 cards thereafter.

 Your order will be packaged securely and sent within 2 business days.

If your product is faulty, damaged or if the wrong item is sent we will replace it or issue a refund as long as it is returned in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we CAN NOT accept returns for products that have been opened.

Returns are not permitted for a change of mind, so please ensure any and all questions are asked before purchase.  For any questions asked we will get back to you as soon as possible.
