Came from an album which was part of the Cripps family archive .

Frederick Heyworth Cripps is in photo . In 1906 , he was President of the Bullingdon Club  .

Frederick was son of Tory  ( Later Labour )politician and wealthy land owner Charles Cripps 1st Baron Parmoor  and older brother of former Chancellor of exchequer Stafford Cripps .

Frederick later became 3rd Baron Parmoor , During WW1 he was awarded D.S.O . Gained Rank of lieutenant Colonel with the Royal Bucks .

The Bullingdon Club is a private ,  all male dining club for Oxford University students . Known for its wealthy members , grand banquets & bad behavior .

The bulk of its members went to "top" public schools such as Eton ,Westminster , Stowe & Radley . It was originally a sporting club dedicated to Cricket and Horse Racing .

 Membership is expensive . Tory Prime Ministers Boris Johnson & David Cameron , plus Chancellor George Osbourne  were all members .
