This is a vintage spinning reel manufactured in Canada and sold by Sears.  Dates to the 1950's.  It has their JC HIGGINS trademark and Sears model 275.31190.  Great mid-century modern design.  Brown crinkle finish is excellent.  Functions perfectly.  The winding handle was broken and a make-do replacement done.   Guaranteed to please the new owner or I'll buy it back.  Check my Feedback.
