This is a Graded Appliance sold with a 12 month return to Borshch guarantee.

This means that in the unlikely event a fault should occur with in the 12 month guarantee period, you would need to arrange to have the appliance sent back to our store for a repair.

There may be some cosmetic imperfections so please carefully inspect the photographs. This is reflected in the price. The appliance is fully tested and in full working order.

There are some long scratches on the sides and top of the cabinet which will not be visible once installed. There are also some scratches on the stainless steel on the front of the appliance. We have tried our best to photograph these imperfections, but if you would like any more info please do not hesitate to contact us.

All fittings are complete and will be fully tested prior to being shipped.

Payment

All items must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection. In line with ebay trading rules we do not circumvent nor do we sell items listed on ebay outside of ebay. Please respect this policy and not ask as refusal often offends.

Shipping

Delivery for this item will be carried out by a 3rd party courier. Once the sale has been processed you will be contacted directly by the courier to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date as this item will not be dispatched until we have contacted you.

Appliance deliveries are carried out by a 2 man home delivery team, unless otherwise stated. Deliveries are ground floor only and into a room of your choice. If the delivery is deemed unsafe or there is not clear access, the item may be left at your doorstep or returned.

*Please note if you miss your agreed delivery slot, or the drivers do not have clear safe access to your property or room of choice and you refuse delivery you will be charged a re-delivery charge which is a minimum charge of £45 depending on the item. This will need to be paid prior to a new date being scheduled or will be deducted from the total refund should you choose to cancel through no fault of Borshch ltd.*

The delivery team will remove all packaging and allow inspection. You will be asked to sign to say to say that you are happy with the condition the appliance has arrived in. All damage must be reported at point of delivery to the delivery drivers, so please ensure you fully unpack and inspect the item before the drivers leave your property.

You can also arrange to collect the item from our store in Birmingham. This again must be agreed prior to collection, the address and opening times will be provided once you have made your purchase.

Returns

If your item arrives and you find it to be faulty the item must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt, please contact us via an eBay message as we MUST be notified and approve the return beforehand.
