Presenting a beautiful Luigi Kasimir 1881-1962 aquatint color etching. It is Estate signed. His wife Tanna and son Robert, master artists in their own right carried on Luigi’s legacy signing his original etchings. The squiggle before the signature is a German term meaning “natchloss” or “ from the estate”. The estate signed etchings are nearly as valuable as Luigi Kasimir signed. This beauty is mounted behind non glare glass matted with 3” wide exposed linen with gilt wood fillets. The impression within the fillets measures approx 10 1/2” x 9 3/4”. The complimenting gilt wood frame approx 18 3/4” x 18”. The mats and etching are in excellent condition without toning, foxing or stains. The etching is sharp, clean and with bright color. The frame has scattered inconspicuous dings.
