A hard-working young man (Tolis Voskopoulos) is trapped by the girl's brother who he loves and is accused of stealing from his employer's company (Lykourgos Kallergis) and his beloved father. The young man will end up in prison and, when he comes out, manages to have a successful career in folk song. It will help his girlfriend's brother go into debt and eventually be able to marry her........
