This is one of the makers best quality boxes and they are genuinely nice.

The boxes have spring powered bars that hold the pans in place however one of the springs on this one is not quite working as it should but it does close to hold the pans. To be honest it’s a bit of a relief as the springs in these things do at times seem to be very strong not that I’m criticising our illustrious makers here!

The box is in good condition generally speaking and as all of my boxes they look much better in person. This example has with it a full set of pans which I suspect are the originals.

The box opens and closes as it should and the hinges are good also.

I bet it can’t wait to get back to work!
