Antique Qing dynasty textile silk embroidery - gold four claws dragons with black eyes raised stumpwork on a black silk background with water motif. 6 dragons total.

This jacket is between 100 and 200 years old, it is wearable but if you plan on wearing it you must be very very careful. But lining is in wonderful condition and is not original. Maybe from the 1960’s

There are embroidery issues as photographed, I did not fix this because this is such a rare piece I didn’t want to do anything that could not be undone. The majority of the damage was most likely caused by storage, I have wrapped this carefully in several layers of fabric before folding so that the embroidery will no longer attack itself and no further damage can be done

Missing one button from the bottom, otherwise in amazing antique condition

Great for Chinese weddings and major Chinese family celebratory occasions. Feel free to email me your questions.

Please note items are between 40-150 years old. They may have signs of wear, please carefully examine photos

Please Note- all items sold are vintage finds sourced from estate sales and thrift stores in the Hollywood area of Southern California.

As they are vintage items it is always a good plan to plan to have the items taken to your local green dry cleaner before wearing.

Some items may be wrinkled from storage.

I do my best to catalog any flaws I find in the description of the item.

I do not accept order cancellations for any reason other than I have not shipped the item in the time I promised

Your purchase helps me continue to fund my artistic work as a photographer in Hollywood California. It also helps me to feed my increasingly finicky cat who now only wants the most expensive cat food
