Quacker Factory size 3X blue sequined blouse, excellent condition.   The color of this blouse is not quite cobalt, but not quite navy either!   I would say it lands right in the middle!  It has beautiful tone-on-tone sequins in an angled pattern, a v-neck, and 3/4 sleeves.   It is 100% cotton, super comfy!   I will ship it the same or next business day, necklace not included.
