This is in Excellent overall condition with only minor signs of being read. This was likely just skimmed through then stored away on a shelf. This is a True First Edition signed by the author on the title page, and includes the original printout that was included with corrections. The only notable wear is some expected insignificant shelf wear on the dust cover and minor signs of age. No creased or damaged pages, no writing, no tears. Please review pictures and video to establish condition. This book is very hard to find, and all but impossible to find in this good of condition. This will be carefully packed to make sure it arrives safely!
