FedEx 2day shipping or UPS shipping

If you order combine or a bundle delivery, you will have to pay all the shipping costs, And we will calculate the shipping cost according to the weight, then we will refund the remaining amount.  

Shipping policy

We ship fishes through FedEx 2day Shipping.

Fishes will be shipped in breather bag insulated with Styrofoam.

We ship on Monday/Tuesday to the Contiguous USA. We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Box.

**Shipping date may initially appear more than 2 days, but it should adjust as it is processed by the shipping company.

Photos

Photos may be a representation and not an actual depiction of the fish.

Gender/Color

We do not ship orders gender specific or color specific, unless otherwise mentioned in title or description.

Heating Pads / Ice Packs

We are able to include heating pads or ice packs to accommodate for the temperature in your area.
Please indicate that you require a heat pad through messaging us or leaving a note in the order, and we will include a heating pad or ice pack free of charge.

MY LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTY & DOA POLICY (Please read our DOA policy below before placing an order)

1. We guarantee LIVE ARRIVAL of our fish.  

2. In the unlikely event that the fish are dead on arrival, two clear photos of unopened breather bag are required within 2 hours of arrival (Delivery Time as marked by FedEx), and the refund will be issued for the dead. Shipping fees are not refundable.

3. Shipping charges are not covered by our DOA policy

4. We do not offer replacements for any DOA items.

**Our DOA only covers the fish that arrive dead. We do not cover the fish that dies any point beyond the arrival.
