A1. GENERAL WYSIWIG : What you see is what you get. The item(s) you see is (are) those you will receive, even if the description indicates it otherwise, all items are described to the best of my knowledge. By doubt: the picture shows what you will have. Presentation cards (mostly black) are never standard included in the delivery, unless it's my decision.

B. SALES CONDITIONS
B1. STANDARD PACKAGE / RATE
The shipment will be done from Belgium by Bpost. The only way to ship at a reasonable / acceptable price is by using a standard normalised letter that has to meet a number of requirements: a) the acquired items are packed in a standard envelope with a max. lenght of 235 mm. and a max.height of 140 mm. b) the total thickness must not exceed 5mm. and the total weight must not be more than 50 gram. RATE: US$ 4.00 (no tracking).
B2. COMBINED SHIPMENT / PAYMENTS
Combined shipment is possible for purchasing on this site during a max. number of days and/or for max. number of items (see also * and ** underneath). After finishing the auction you will receive an invoicemail for the combined purchase. Please WAIT to pay untill you receive this invoice otherwise it's not possible to calculate the correct shipping costs. It's only possible to combine UNPAID items. Once an item has been paid for it will be shipped. Separate payment = separate shipment.
* For a first time buyer : purchase is possible during max. 7 days and/or a max. of 5 items, whichever comes first.
** For a ebay indicated repeat buyer and feedback received and accepted by me: repeat buyers will or can (on request) receive an ebaymessage with extra conditions.
B3. EXTRA COST
Regular shipping (no tracking) for a total amount of purchases (except shipping costs) under US$ 30.00.
Registred shipping (with tracking) for a total amount of purchases (except shipping costs) equal or more than US$ 30.00. An extra $9.00 will be added. The buyer can allways ask for a registred shipment, in fact, it's highly advised.
B4. MORE SHIPMENT INFO’
1) Shipment will only be made to the location (country) as specified in the buyer's account.
2) The buyer pays the costs of delivery. An overwiew photo is taken of every prepared consigment. This overwiew photo contains: a) the consignment with on the cover the data (name, adress....) of the recipient b) postage stamps affixed as postage on the cover c) the screen with the ebay shipping details of the order and the year/day/hour indication. d) On the cover backside: name, adress of the residenceplace of the seller/sender (no photo).
On simple emailed request of the buyer a copy of the overwiew photo will be scanned and emailed to the buyer.
c) For regular shipping the postoffice doesn't provide any proof of a acceptance and/or delivery, dispatch. The overview photo (see above) and/or eventual other detailphoto(s) is (are) the evidentiary and non-disputable proof of shipment. In the event of lost of the shipment by the post or a non-delivery at buyers adress by the post, there will be no refund or replacement delivery. Also, in this particular case (see above), invoking ebayservices can't lead to a refund or a replacement delivery.
B5. PAY PAL
In some specific cases Ebay allows / recommands the use of Pay Pal. In those cases and on request of the seller, the buyer is obliged to email the necessary information to the seller so that Pay Pal can be used.
