The back of the photograph SAYS - Elvis signing first RCA contract but after researching further after receiving back from PSA it actually is the following date and event
January 31, 1956: In New York City at the William Morris Agency, Elvis Presley and the William Morris Agency agreed to work together. They represented Elvis as an actor. Here on this date is where Elvis signed his very first contract to be represented by an agency.
