The battery was recently replaced. But we still can NOT guarantee battery life due to various reasons such as unknown shelf time. If by small chance, the battery is short-lived, it is the buyer's responsibility to replace it.
This watch is currently running smoothly, keeping accurate time, but like all vintage watches, it should be checked out, cleaned, oiled, and adjusted by a qualified repairman.
