These items are generally new or lightly used items that have been returned to us by customers.
At the prices are selling these at, we don’t have time for a thorough inspection and test; just a quick visual inspection and taking the word of the customer who returned it.
Sometimes, there may be some problems, omissions, oversights or issues. If you run into one, please contact us and give us a chance to fix it. We promise we will make it right as promptly and easily as we can. We ask for and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these auctions.

We ship with FedEx and USPS. Once we've shipped your order, you'll be notified of the tracking number, and who we've shipped it with, so you can track it yourself.
If you haven't received the item within the estimated timeframe, please get in contact as soon as possible. It's possible the item will be sat waiting at a local depot and we can get delivery rearranged. Alternatively, it will mean we can get a replacement out to you sooner, if that is the necessary action.
Note: Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require shipping surcharges. If you choose US Ground shipping for any of these provinces, it will put the order on hold until further payment is received.
We want you to be delighted with your shopping experience with us, and if for any reason you don't like your item, you are free to return it within 30 days from when you received it.
Please note it is really important you contact us BEFORE sending anything back. We can only process a return with a valid RMA number, and you can only get one of those by speaking to us. If you just send it back, it will take much longer for it to get dealt with.
We can't accept returns on any items that are customised or personalised, or any which have been used.
You'll be responsible for any shipping charges. It's also really important you keep the original packaging so that the item can get back to us safely. We can't accept responsibility for items that get damaged because of insufficient packaging during return.
