Items are usually shipped from their originating location, and this may not correspond to the listing's location due to items no longer being available in that country's boutique so must be sourced in another country.
All items we sell are 100% genuine and come with the original gift receipt from the purchased boutique when available; this includes all serial numbers and any information provided by the brand, original boxes, and packaging as you would receive had you purchased any item yourself. Should an item not be available from a boutique, we may at times source brand new items from private or other business sellers and as such receipts may not be available, however, all items are verified as genuine before shipment.
If a cancellation request is received after order placement, a 20% restock fee on cancellations applies and is only applicable where items can be returned for a full refund from the supplier and have not been shipped.
