This item is a Canon EF-S 18-55mm F/3.5-5.6 lens.  It has lens surface defect around outer perimeter of front element.  Otherwise, it is fully functional.  This can be seen in photo 3.  I don't think it has much effect on image quality.  Selling at a discount.
