Xbox 360 Halo Reach Special Edition 250GB Console

Tested as you can see in the pic and it works/runs great and plays games great. Disc drive ejects fine. For some reason, the hard drive shows up as "unformatted" and I cannot get it to format by the regular way of simply doing it via the console and I have not tried any of the other methods you can find suggested on the internet. Other than that, the only other issue with the console is cosmetic... there are a couple grates broken off on top as you can see in the pictures. The matching controller is included and it powers on and connects/works, but the left stick is bad... it works but is completely floppy and does not snap back to center. There is also some cosmetic wear and and somewhat of a thin crack on the left side grip as shown. No power supply is included... only the console and controller will be shipped.
