Condition

  • Brand new, never installed.
  • Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
  • There are no keys with this window and can only be locked from the inside using the handle. You can buy a new handle which will come with new keys.

    Security

    • 4 point locking system making it very secure.

    Opening

    • Externally opening windows - see photos.

    Glazing

    • Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

    Colour

    • The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Irish Oak) and internally is White.
    • The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
