The listing is for a diecast model of the USSR's PT76 amphibious reconnaissance tank.  This is a design that was deployed during the Cold War and saw some heavy fighting during the Chechen conflict.  Reports are that they are being brought out of mothballs to replenish losses incurred in today's war in Ukraine.  

The model includes its original accessories and unused decals depicting a vehicle with the USSR's Naval Infantry arm.  The model is new, but the box could use some attention.  Notably, the plastic window is starting to deteriorate.  If I was keeping it, I'd let it flake off and replace it.  A clear plastic paper protector or folder from Staples cut to size would do nicely.
