Collectible Media Cases may have tear in the plastic wrap, micro-dents, scratches, or other flaws under the plastic wrap and/or the back information J-card / data card slipcover. Because there is no way for me to see or detect such imperfections. I cannot be held responsible for any that you may find, once the item is removed from its plastic wrap. Also, if a disc comes loose during shipment, I cannot be held responsible for this. By bidding on this item you have agree to this disclaimer. I will do my best to detect any imperfection and notify the bidder with any pictures of the imperfection before I ship the item out.
Shipping Terms:
For Domestic Order: Default shipping for small item under 1lbs will be USPS First Class shipping which takes approximately 1-3 business days to arrived when ship. A cheaper option using USPS Media Mail is available at checkout, this usually take a little longer. Any item above 1lbs will be standard shipping or USPS Priority. Estimated time does not apply to International Order
Refusing a shipment you will be charge the return shipping fees minus the original shipping cost.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, currency conversion fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. All international shipping will be ship through the Global Shipping Program.
Returns Terms:
In the rare event that a product is defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s) for a replacement or refund.
In the case of a replacement or refund on defective items, we will pay all shipping charges and provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience for domestic orders.
Replacements: We are happy to offer a replacement on an item as long as we have the exact item in stock at the time the return is received. Replacements will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item back. We will provide tracking information for the replacement item. If the item you would like to exchange is no longer in stock we will issue a full refund.
Refunds: We are happy to offer a full refund on any defective item. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item back.
All items will be inspected and tested before refunds or replacements are issued. Items found to be fully functional upon inspection or items returned in the case of buyer's remorse by misrepresenting the condition of the product , will be charged a 20% percent of the product sales price. Any returned that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. The original shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to you may also be deducted from the refund in these cases.
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation will be process once the order is place. This include all preorder. DO NOT make a purchase unless you are sure. A cancellation fees of 15% will be apply if you must cancel.

Is the blu-ray region free?
All 4k disc are region free and Blu-ray Disc are region A with a few exceptions. Disney/Marvel and Warner Bros all production disc will be region free.

Has my order been ship yet?
When your order is shipped you will received a system generated email from Ebay which will provide the tracking number. Please pay attention to the release date (if preorder) before sending a message.
My order got deliver to the wrong address!
If you are an international buyer and purchase through GSP (Global Shipping Program), your order will arrive at the GSP U.S location for inspection before being ship international to your location. Another tracking number will be generated once it is shipped to you.
