LOT OF 4 BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE LATE 19th /EARLY 20th CENTURY QI’ING DYNASTY CHINESE EMBROIDERED SILK PANELS/ BORDERS!


Up for the auction is a lot of 4 beautiful antique from the late 19th/ early 20th century Qi’ing dynasty Chinese embroidered silk narrow panels. Some of these panels used to be borders for garments. One of the panels is an embroidery on paper. 

The embroidery executed in satin stitches, forbidden stitches (Peking knot); one of them has golden metallic thread couching. Feature floral designs, horses on a landscape, densely embroidered flowers and butterflies (the blue thread one).

Extremely finely worked pieces- just look at the pictures, the stitches is wonderful!

CONDITION: 

GOOD ANTIQUE CONDITION WITH PRACTICALLY NO DAMAGES OR IMPERFECTIONS ASIDE TEARING TO THE PAPER BACKGROUND OF THE EMBROIDERY ON PAPER (THE ONE WITH HORSES). NO TEARING OR LOSSES TO THE EMBROIDERY THOUGH. FOR CONDITION REPORT PLEASE, REFER TO THE PICTURES.
