This Unit would be plug and play for a EDGE,S-MAX, GALAXY that has Sync 2 as we offer programming for the unit free of charge before dispatch so the module will be programmed to your cars specification just like it came from the factory so it’s plug and play
---This Listing is perfect for people who want to upgrade from Sync 2 to Sync 3 as all you need to do is a simple swap over with the current sync 2 device to this sync 3 screen/module, a simple swap using the metal brackets from sync 2 onto this display.
We program these modules to your cars specification meaning Plug and Play. All that is Required additionally is a GPS Fakra Antenna this simply plugs straight into the back of this Module to support the newer style navigation system. The last part required is optional really which is the Apple Carplay USB Hub but that is if you only use the USB or the Carplay System. (Depending on your year of focus you may need the addition converter/wiring harness to connect the newer style Carplay HUB, we also stock these)
