This is a pre-owned Owleez White Owl with Blue feathers from Spinmasters in 2019. It is the owl only, and does not include the base. The owl does work, with sounds and lights. The wing feathers on one side seem a little shorter than the ones on the other side, but I do not know if it came that way from the factory or if they were altered.
