There was a small hole in the package, causing a discolor of the outer brief.  I'm sure a little bleach will be able to take care of it. 

This product is a lot of three vintage Hanes men's briefs in size 40. They are made of cotton and were manufactured in the United States. The briefs are slightly irregular but new. The style is classic white briefs with a USA theme.
