Description

The Musicmaster Bass was introduced in 1970 as Fender's entry-level model, and was in the lineup for a long time until 1982.

The 30" short scale and 19 frets are used, but the output tone is unmistakably that of a Fender bass.

Usually, most of Musicmaster Bass are made of poplar or basswood, but this ash body has a strong mid-bass tone, and you can enjoy the vintage sound despite of its cute appearance.

The original bridge is not adjustable due to the rust, so it has been replaced with a scud brass bridge.

The original bridge is included.

The neck is currently slightly bent forward, and the truss rod has plenty of room to spare.

The frets have been worn but are still low, and there is some buzzing on the live sound.

The frets have been worn but are low throughout, and there is some buzzing in the live sound.

There is a large dacon on the body top, but the rest of the guitar is in good condition, including the back of the neck.

The weight of the wood is also one of the most attractive points of this guitar.

The ash grain visible through the see-through red finish is a sight to behold, and although maintenance is required, it is also recommended for beginning bass players!

PICKGUARD: There is a correction.

CASE: Oversized soft case.

Weight: 3.59kg

*Overall and body photos were taken with the original bridge.
