This is a Lion Brand Nautical Hanging Lantern.
Battery operated, it has not been tested.
The lantern has a metal top the comes apart to insert the batteries.
The stand is a non metallic metal, possibly aluminum.
The shade is plastic. Made in Hong Kong, likely from the 1950s.
There is a green band on the metal top.
It measures approx. 5.25 inches high x 3 inches wide.
It is made to sit on a flat surface, or be hung by the hook that is attached to the lid.
