Returns
All returns must be discussed and agreed upon with us.
Buyers must contact us via eBay message tool within 30 days from the arrival date of item.
Faulty/Damaged/Mispresented items can be repaired or exchanged.
When returning due to other reasons, 20% of restocking fee and round shipping are borne by buyer (Original shipping is non-refundable. Note that actual shipping cost may differ from the cost in the Shipping and Payments tab. The same applies to Free Shipping items.).
All returns for a refund must be UNOPENED and NEW CONDITION in their original box including all components.
