A vintage art deco Clarice Cliff, Bizarre preserve pot, in the popular Gayday pattern from the Newport potteries.

Beautifully hand painted with a profusion of colourful flowers , this little pot is in great condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or restoration. For complete accuracy, there are a couple of natural pinpricks in the glaze and a small dot of paint transference on the top edge, please see photos. It would also have had a lid originally.

Sizes approximately 6 cm high by 8 cm diameter.
