Hi, you're buying a used, but good condition Earthrise leader class doubledealer. The figure is loose, but not floppy loose. It still retains some tightness. There doesn't appear to be any major or minor scratches or fading. It was mostly transformed once and displayed. There may be some dust here and there, but it can be removed easily. It comes with all parts and instructions.  Unfortunately, the instructions does have a tear in it as shown.
