Each catalog is softcover, staple bound, measures 8-1/2" x 10-3/4", and has around 45 pages. Many illustrations.
These catalogs contain antique firearms from the Civil War era, Indian War era, and other antique firearms. There is also a listing and illustrations of miscellaneous military equipment from various places and eras in history, including swords, bayonets, powder horns, helmets, knives and more.
Neither of these catalog are actually dated. Somebody wrote the year 1967 on the front of one of the catalogs. The other one has a Parcel Post chart in the back that was effective as of October 1953, so this catalog is mostly likely from the 1950's. The prices in this catalog for objects similar to what is in the other catalog are about 25% less.
Both of these catalogs have a vertical crease running them and have some pencil markings on some of the pages. There is a light stain on the back cover of the 1950's catalog The 1967 catalog has a loose page.
