IckySticky pickup pen. One end has a wax tip, the other a SS pin, the wax tip is replaceable.

This tool is great for picking up tiny parts, PE... Don't doubt it until you try it... Using a wax pen/pencil allows very precise and comfortable positioning of small parts and is alot more comfortable than using tweezers.
