Up for sale is an Antique Framed Print of a Bouquet of Flowers in a Mid-18th Century Gold Gilt Oval Picture Frame. Circa 1840-1860s.
Featuring a Victorian Era print of a bouquet pf Blue, Purple, Yellow, Pink, & Red Flowers with Green Leaves. The frame is much older than the print. The frame is an 1840s-1860s Oval Art Nouveau Style Gold Gilt Frame with a gorgeous hand carved swirling design incorporating flowers.
There is a repair to a 2" section of the floral design on the left side of the frame. There is some loss to the dotted design on the inner border. There are a few minor cracks and chips. The frame has been repainted at some point in the past 10 years. It has it's original backing piece and period correct nails. It has original eyelets, There is a string of hemp tied on to hang from. Overall it still displays nicely.
