Unwanted Items
We offer a 14 day returns policy on items that you have changed your mind on, or ordered by mistake. You can return it to us in its original condition, with all accessories for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the costs incurred for returning unwanted items, and return postage must be purchased by the buyer in the ebay returns portal.
Faulty Items
If there is a fault with your item within 30 days, please contact us to arrange for the item to be returned to us for a repair, or if possible a replacement can be sent out. In the circumstance you do not want the faulty item to be fixed and instead would like a full refund, please follow the steps in the eBay returns portal. Please be advised, if you purchase a double listing, IE one set price where you receive 2 items, both items need to be returned even if only one item is faulty to be eligible to receive a full refund.
Items you have updated
Our returns policy covers the item we have sold. If the item goes faulty once it has been changed by the buyer, IE: the buyer has changed the hard drive, tried to change Windows, tampered with the BIOS, or has changed the orignal state of the product in any way and it has now gone faulty, we can not accept this back to be fixed or offer a refund, as it is now not the product we sold. We understand some buyers wish to change the items we sell, but please be aware of this policy upon purchase.
Important
If you have chosen to return your item because it is "not as described", please give a detailed description as to the problem so this can be resolved/fixed upon arriving back to us. When an item is returned, our technicans do a full test on the faults that have been claimed and will repair and fix the item if possible. If an item is returned and we believe the claim to be false, IE: it is in complete working order and is as described, you will receive a partial refund, with £6 being deducted to cover the postage fee. Any false returns claims to gain free postage will be reported to ebay.
Posting Your Return
Please do not send your item back with your personal data still on it. Please log out of all personal accounts and websites before posting this back to us. Please send your item back wrapped as best as you can, ideally in the packaging it was sent out in. If an item returns damaged due to not being properly packaged back, you will only receive a partial refund to cover the cost of the damage.
Postage
In the unlikely event there are any issues with your delivery, IE it hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged, please inform us ASAP via direct messages so we can investigate this and find a resoloution. Anything reported after 5 days is not covered with our postage policy, and please note we may ask for photographs of the packaging for our claims process for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Be assured all purchases with CRT are covered for any of these unlikely circumstances.
