This item is being sold as-is, broken, no returns will be accepted at all under any circumstances, please know that the item was tested in a broken state and I guarantee absolutely nothing, the description I give of the item is my own personal testing, if you test it, it may be different, you may use different equipment. HIDDEN ISSUES MAY OCCUR, that means you're taking a GAMBLE, you are RISKING YOUR MONEY, the item or items it comes with may not work properly and the item might not be good for parts on your end or good at all, the item or items may be defective in some way or form. Accessories if any with the item are NOT guaranteed at all to function, even if they look new! I have no idea if parts or pieces or anything is missing internally. I do not guarantee any parts in this item to be OEM, that means they maybe aftermarket. Please know you are bidding a broken item and will not be given any refund under any circumstances. Unless stated otherwise the serial number has not been checked, there is absolutely NO guarantee on an ESN/IMEI/Serial Number being clean or bad, I check them when I get them and that is it, I do not guarantee them to remain the status they were when I checked them if I even checked them at all. Untested items mean exactly how it sounds, NOTHING has been tested I do not know if anything works or doesn't work, do not expect anything to work!! There is absolutely NO guarantee on cosmetic condition of the phone. Any water/liquid damage indicators that have been observed are not guaranteed to be accurate as I am not the original owner of the item and there is a chance I do not observe an active/inactive liquid damage indicator and fail to add it into the description and that is a chance you take when you purchase this item. I also do NOT check or report any internal indicators. Battery life and longevity is NOT guaranteed. The item MAY or MAY NOT have been reset to factory settings, if the item requires a code to reset the item I do not know it and that is a chance you are taking when purchasing this. Phones that were manufactured to be water resistant/proof are not guaranteed to be still be water resistant/proof, never put any electronics in liquid! If the item has a liquid damage indicator activated I do not know or guarantee what exact liquid the item has come into contact with. We are not original owners so the item may smell from pets or smoking or anything!

Shipping Policy:

Your item will be shipped either same day or next day after payment is received, some cases it might be two days when there is any holiday. If you win the item/pay on a Friday, your item may not be shipped until Monday. We do not own eBay, PayPal, or USPS, so any guarantees they may give you about shipping time is not valid! I do not have control over shipping times at all! Do not expect anything they claim to be valid, check my feedback, I ship fast! Although I do not guarantee any eBay “On or before ****” estimates. You may NOT return the item because you did not receive it on the date you wanted to, I can not control that. Do not order if you are going to constantly message me threatening me about canceling the item, in this description you had a clear warning not to buy if you are in some hurry where it's crucial to have it exactly on time because USPS and eBay are not always going to super fast or accurate in their time estimates! If the package is denied or you didn't sign for it, and if it comes back to me, I will be deducting shipping, return shipping, any eBay or PayPal fees, and any fees that come along with a return from your refund, no exceptions!

International Policy:

I welcome international buyers, with that being said, I do not ship the item to you, I ship through the global shipping program. I ship to their headquarters and they ship it to you, they charge you import fees etc. I do not control how much they charge and I do not control how fast it gets to you or anything else.
