Up for sale is a 3c Cent Third Issue Fractional Currency Note that is graded 30 Very Fine Premium Paper Quality by Legacy Currency Grading (formerly PCGS Currency Grading) and has some honest circulated folding and creasing, but no pinholes, tears, or distracting marks. This note is relatively clean and crisp, has good corners and solid margins, nice premium original paper quality and body, and has good ink color and nice eye appeal.
A nice better collector grade fractional priced to sell.
