This sale is for a vintage brooch in the form of a wreath and signed Van Dell. It is also marked 12K gold filled. The brooch features a round of multi-color stones. I don't know if they are glass, rhinestones or something else. The brooch measures 1 1/4 inches in diameter. The brooch is in very good condition with all stones intact.
