Suit GQ TD42 With the Vaccum pump on the Alternator
This is the Genuine Nissan, High pressure Oil Feed line to the Vaccum pump.
Only when the Vaccum pump is fitted to the Back of the Alternator.
This does not suit the later models where the vaccum pump is mounted below the injector pump.
It is very common for this hose to perish and crack,
They can often just start leaking, Especially if the alternator has been moved.

1. Patrolapart will not accept returns or provide refunds where the buyer has decided they no longer 'want' the supplied parts.
2. Warranty is void if parts are used, dismantled or tampered with. Parts returned under warranty must be complete and as sold in clean, original packaging.
3. Patrolapart will not recognise any warranty claim where any failure or defect is caused by:
a. Insufficient or incorrect oil and/or lubricants;
b. Overheating and/or heat tab missing;
c. Misuse, overloading, accidents or negligence;
d. Failure to carry out proper maintenance;
e. Unauthorised repairs, alterations or dismantling; and
f. Improper application or installation.
g. Damage or abnormal use by the Customer or third party;
h. Improper application or installation;
4. All claims made to Patrolapart must be accompanied with the original tax invoice.
5. Warranty is non transferable.
6. All risk for the goods passes to the buyer on delivery.
7. Onus is on the buyer to check the part supplied by Patrolapart is correct at the time of delivery. If this is not possible, the buyer must check the part is correct prior to any installation, preparation and/or painting. Buyers, who fail to check each part for correctness, can claim no compensation.
8. Warranty on product is replacement of part only for defects in materials and workmanship.
9. No cash or compensation for labour will be given for defects in material and workmanship.
10. New components will be covered by the warranty provided by our suppliers and will be covered by their individual terms and conditions.
11. Patrolapart will represent the buyer on behalf of their claim to the relevant manufacturer.
12. Returns will be passed onto the manufacturer for their determination if a warranty or refund claim will be accepted.
13. Defective part must be returned in order for new part to be distributed.
14. Patrolapart is not responsible for costs of return shipping or delivery on part returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
15. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Exchanges of equal or greater value may not be subject to a restocking fee.

Definitions
Loss includes, but is not limited to, all losses (including loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of contract, lost opportunity costs and other consequential loss), damages, costs (including legal), expenses or charges.
Intellectual Property means exclusive ownership to the trade secrets, copyright, trademark, patent, or design rights in or related to any of Patrolapart's goods.
Used Goods means used mechanical goods (excluding electrical).
In these Terms, any words importing persons includes any individual, corporation or other body corporate, partnership, joint venture, trust, association and includes that person's permitted assignees and successors.
Price and Payment, and Title and Risk
Default and Consequences of Default
in regard to legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis, internal administration fees, Patrolapart's contract fees owing for breach of these Terms, including but not limited to, contract default fees and/or recovery costs (if applicable), as well as bank dishonour fees.
Warranties
The Customer may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, the Customermay be entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, the Customer may be entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. The Customer may be also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
