Here we have the third wave of new Doctor Who figures released by Character Options in 2006.

This figure is new and sealed.

The overall packing is in great condition with nice clear plastic with no rips tears.

The is a slight dent to the outer casing which I have tried to highlight as best I can. So check out the images.

The base of one of the Toclafane has become separated from stand. It isn't broken but just come away.

It's hard to believe it is nearly 20 years old and with that it is in lovely condition.
