Returns are only accepted under exceptional circumstances, and unless I have grossly misrepresented the item by humane error. I will only refund the cost of the item and not the postage and packaging charge. I will not give refunds just “ because you have changed your mind ”.  Serious / genuine ebayers only.  Due to recent bad selling experiences I will immediately report anyone who tries to bend ebay policies to suit as it’s not my business style.
