It is pre-owned bu it looks unused. The pencil lead is still squared off. The pen has been tested for this listing and works fine.

The box is in good condition; shows very little wear, but is not mint.

Just FYI: I purchase my items at thrift stores and yard sales, therefor 90% of my items are preowned, which means I cannot guarantee what type of environment they come from. They may be from pet friendly homes and have pet hair somewhere on the item. They may have been stored in an attic or basement and have a musty or even moldy smell. They may even have been around smoke or perfumes and smell as such. They have, more than likely, been touched by dirty hands, and may be dusty. I do not clean any of the items I sell because I know that improper cleaning can cause permanent damage.
