This piece is absolutely stunning with perfect mirrored surfaces, a beautiful cartwheel luster beneath, and a nice cameo on the obverse.

There are a couple of minor milk spots on the obverse,  but is an otherwise absolutely flawless gem proof.

This piece is a TOP POP, with an NGC population of 29 and none finer!
