Fisher Price Pop-Up Pluto Dog Wood Toy.  I remember seeing it listed years ago on ebay as 1930's but I have no proof that is correct but think it is!  Could not find another even on the world wide ebay.  Shows signs of wear more so on the strings than the wood parts as the body at least has been treated.  There is one leather ear missing but does not detract from the item itself.  The metal draw string circles show wear but they MIGHT be brass & clean right up!  Wood Stand 27cm x 6cm wide.  Height of  body 7cm long & tail is 12cm long.
