This was never used, but there is a bubble on the back where the gel has separated from the wall of the candleholder. This does not show when the holder is facing forward SEE PHOTOS The bottom has a plastic disc. I'm not sure if there is supposed to be another cover on it. THE PRICE REFLECTS THE CONDITION
